About Our Instructors

At Heartline CPR, Inc., we pride ourselves on the expertise and dedication of our instructors. Each member of our teaching team is certified, highly trained, and possesses extensive experience in emergency response and CPR instruction. Our instructors are passionate about sharing their knowledge and empowering participants with the confidence and skills needed to act decisively in emergency situations. Each member of our team is highly trained and possesses extensive experience in CPR instruction .

Pat

Since the year 2000, Pat has been a dedicated instructor at Heartline CPR, Inc.  training thousands at hospitals, schools, law offices, Assisted Living Facilities, dental practices and other healthcare sites.

Pat completed the following trainings from the University of Colorado:

Medical Emergencies: Airways, Breathing, and Circulation  certificate training

Medical Emergencies: CPR, Toxicology, and Wilderness

EMT Foundations

Steve

Steve joined heartline CPR, Inc about 20years ago as an instructor.  Before joining Heartline, Steve worked with agencies with individuals with intellectual disabilities, holding roles from  Direct Support Professional to Program Manager and then Trainer.

 In his last position as Training Manager, Steve was responsible for training Direct Support staff in life-saving techniques including CPR and First Aid training.

Each member of our teaching team is certified, highly trained, and possesses extensive experience in emergency response and CPR instruction. Our instructors are passionate about sharing their knowledge and empowering participants with the confidence and skills needed to act decisively in emergency situations.

Pat

Since the year 2000, Pat has been a dedicated instructor at Heartline CPR, Inc., training thousands in various sectors such as hospitals, schools, and law offices. At the University of Colorado, Pat specialized in Emergency Medicine and Services, and managing medical emergencies concerning airway, breathing, and circulation, acquiring skills on September 18, 2020. Pat completed foundational EMT training on September 3, 2020, and specialized in emergency care for pregnancy, infants, and children on October 2, 2020, and trauma care on September 29, 2020. They also mastered CPR, toxicology, and wilderness medical emergencies, and became proficient in COVID-19 contact tracing through Johns Hopkins University in mid-2020, emphasizing the impact of contact tracing by late summer. Pat’s extensive training highlights a deep commitment to enhancing emergency medical care.

Steve

Since joining Heartline CPR, Inc. in the early 2000s, Steve has been a cornerstone of the organization, serving as a Training Manager and guiding numerous individuals through CPR and First Aid protocols. Before his time at Heartline, Steve dedicated years to working with agencies aiding individuals with intellectual disabilities, holding roles from Support Professional to Program Manager and then Trainer Manager. In his last role as a Training Manager, Steve was pivotal in educating direct support staff in life-saving techniques, ensuring a high standard of care and safety in his agency. His career reflects a deep commitment to health, safety, and the empowerment of individuals across a range of abilities through essential training.
